The Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join our team. You'll lead field operations, mentor junior surveyors and ensure the highest standard of accuracy across a diverse portfolio of projects within the Perth Metro and surrounding areas.
What You'll Do
* Conduct and produce comprehensive, high-accuracy deliverables including Engineering Site Surveys and Existing Feature Surveys
* Oversee data collection, processing and quality assurance
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

About You
* 5+ years of experience working in an engineering and surveying role
* Diploma in surveying or higher
* Strong technical capability with modern surveying instruments and software
* Professional written and communication skills
* Strong WorkSafe understanding
* Construction White Card
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
