Responsibilities
- Oversee operational and cost management across the Distribution Centre, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and KPI achievement
- Lead daily operations, coaching supervisors and staff while fostering accountability and engagement
- Champion safety and compliance across all site activities, embedding a strong safety culture
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and business teams to plan and execute operational initiatives
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise operational outcomes and ensure long-term success
Qualifications
- Be an experienced supply chain and DC operations leader with broad operational knowledge
- Have a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for building future-ready supply chain solutions
- Possess strong people management skills, inspiring teams and driving high performance
- Have operational experience across distribution, online fulfilment, transport management, and retail logistics
- Be highly analytical with the ability to use data to improve performance and reduce costs
