The business partners with Top 1% Deals, a collective of passionate analysts and content creators delivering weekly hand‐picked, independent deals across niches.
We are launching our Australian Real Estate vertical to provide high‐income Australians with the very best property insights, free from noise and affiliate bias.
Every recommendation combines expert analysis and curated content designed for engagement, retention, and shareability.
The Role
We are looking for someone to become the content and growth engine behind our Australian real estate vertical. This is a full‐stack content creation and growth marketing role, focused entirely on high‐income Australian males aged 35–60.
You will:
Editorial
* Publish the weekly newsletter featuring the Top 1% of properties and other property insights
* Ensure content is sharp, culturally fluent, and resonates with Australian property psychology
Content Creation
* Script and produce short‐form content designed for retention and shareability
* Produce a weekly podcast that feels native, not like an ad
Community & Distribution
* Grow the brand across Reddit, email, and wherever property conversations happen
* Position Top 1% Deals as the property fans' news source of choice
Growth Marketing
* Manage a budget to scale subscribers using proven paid signup strategies
* Test hooks, angles, and audiences; monitor cost per subscriber, open rates, and conversion pathways
* Lead the trial of a paid subscription tier this year
AI & Systems
* Use AI tools to maximise content output and automate workflows
* Build repeatable systems for scalable, high‐quality content production

* Fast‐growing, high‐quality subscriber base
* Strong engagement and open rates
* A recognisable voice in the Australian property market
* Consistent conversion into proprietary services and revenue
* An active, engaged community of fans

Compensation
* $100K Base
* Performance bonuses tied to measurable growth and revenue
* Equity pathway for high performers who materially grow the channel and revenue
Note: You will not be closing sales or managing sponsorships—you will focus on audience, influence, and trust.
About You
* Deeply familiar with Australian property culture
* Skilled in long and short‐form content, including editorial and video
* Data‐aware and growth‐focused
* AI‐native and tool‐literate
* Entrepreneurial, self‐starting, and excited by ownership
Package
* Competitive Base Salary: $100,000 (negotiable based on experience)
* Uncapped Commissions: High‐ticket, evergreen referral structure
* Equity: Meaningful participation for high performers
* Location: Remote‐first; Brisbane‐based candidates have an advantage for weekly standups
