Due to continued growth and recent project awards, NRW Civil isseeking experienced Project Managers to join our civilinfrastructure delivery teams.
This role will see you leading the end-to-end delivery ofcomplex civil infrastructure projects, ensuring works are completedsafely, on time and within budget while maintaining the higheststandards of quality and stakeholder engagement.
You will be responsible for managing engineering, commercial,subcontractor and client interface functions to achieve successfulproject outcomes.
As a Project Manager working for NRW Civil & Mining,you will be responsible for but not limited to:
* Lead and manage the delivery of large-scale civilinfrastructure projects
* Oversee project planning, programming and cost controlfunctions
* Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure performance,compliance and quality outcomes
* Drive strong safety leadership and ensure adherence to allstatutory and client requirements
* Maintain effective stakeholder engagement with clients,consultants and authorities
* Monitor risk, opportunity and commercial performance tomaximise project outcomes
* Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams,fostering high performance and accountability
To be considered for this position as a Project Manageryou must possess the following as a minimum:
* Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
* Strong background as a Project Manager delivering civilinfrastructure projects
* Demonstrated experience in roads, bridges, bulk earthworks,drainage, or utilities infrastructure
* Proven ability to deliver projects against safety,programme, budget and quality targets
* Strong commercial acumen and contract managementexperience
* Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholdermanagement skills
* Experience working with government authorities and majorinfrastructure clients
