The role Are you an organised Paralegal with an interest in property law and local government? We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our Legal and Property Services team and provide vital assistance to our in-house solicitors. This role offers variety and impact. You'll support a broad range of legal matters, with a strong focus on property transactions and related documentation. You'll also contribute to the preparation of reports for Council and senior leadership, help ensure compliance with key legislation, and play a part in maintaining high-quality legal services. Key Responsibilities Prepare and format legal documents, contracts, leases, and licences Assist with property acquisitions, disposals, and land registry processes Coordinate and manage tasks using PEXA and other legal systems Support compliance with relevant legislation including the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) and Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991 Manage diaries, correspondence, and legal files Assist with drafting reports for internal stakeholders About You You'll be a proactive team player with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ideally, you'll have experience in a legal, government, or property-focused role, with strong communication skills and confidence working with legal documents and systems. What we offer?
