About the role
As a Leasing Consultant at Ray White Kirwan, you will play a crucial role in the residential leasing and property management team.
What you'll be doing
* Effectively market and advertise available rental properties to attract quality tenants
* Conduct property inspections, process tenancy applications and execute lease agreements
* Liaise with landlords and tenants to address any questions, concerns or maintenance issues
* Coordinate property inspections
* Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and potential tenants
What we're looking for
* Strong knowledge of the local residential rental market and property management best practices
* Excellent communication and customer service skills to build positive relationships with landlords and tenants
* Demonstrated experience in a similar leasing or property management role
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve targets and meet deadlines
* Proficient in using property management software and tools
* Queensland real estate license or the ability to obtain one
