**About the Role**
Grampians Health Ballarat, currently has an opportunity for highly motivated individuals to join our team in the Switchboard/Enquiries team. The role requires applicants with excellent customer service skills, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, initiative and willingness to learn. High level communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team are paramount. Well-developed computer and time management skills are essential. Successful applicants will work across Switchboard and Enquiries roles and multiple shifts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process incoming, outgoing and internal telephone calls to the Grampians Health switchboard
- Manage the public announcement of emergency codes per notifications and assist incident manager with communication
- Respond to in person enquiries from patients, visitors and staff at the main enquiries desk.
