Descon Co is looking for a **Skilled & Experienced Renderer** to join our team. We take pride in delivering high-quality rendering and venetian plaster finishes across the Gold Coast. **About the Role**:
- Application of cement render, acrylic render, and venetian plaster (preferred but not required).
- Preparing and finishing surfaces to a high standard.
- Operating and maintaining rendering tools and equipment.
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Ensuring job sites are clean, safe, and organised.
- Opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong work culture.
**Requirements**:
**Minimum 2 years' experience** in rendering.
Strong knowledge of different rendering techniques and materials.
**White Card (Construction Induction Card) is required.**
Must have a **valid driver's license and own transport.**
**Own tools preferred** but not essential.
Experience with **venetian plaster preferred** but not required.
Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
