Job Description

NCS is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Centre Principal Lead. NCS is making significant investments to develop our Contact Centre business and is seeking a dynamic leader to grow our capabilities that will underpin our market growth. This role is central to our growth strategy, involving high‐level activities across the entire customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

* Contributing to pre‐sales activities and go‐to‐market collateral
* Driving solution innovation
* Contributing to proposals and tender responses
* Contributing to statement of work preparation
* Leading specialist functional and technical staff
* Development and implementation of standard tools, processes and methodologies
* Overseeing and leading client engagements to ensure best practice delivery

As a Principal expert in the Dynamics 365 CE solution, the successful candidate will demonstrate unparalleled technical and strategic capability, extend beyond the initial sale, provide essential execution delivery, act as the key technical lead, and offer vital governance to our customers throughout their projects. This is a client‐facing role requiring exceptional communication and influence, engaging with organisations ranging from small and medium businesses to large‐scale enterprises.

Qualifications

* Expert level knowledge & experience with Microsoft Dynamics Contact Centre implementations
* Extensive architectural experience across the Dynamics, Power Platform and Azure landscape
* Proficiency across other cloud‐based technologies
* Proven experience consulting with C‐level stakeholders and implementing Microsoft D365 solutions
* Ability to respond quickly, competently, and patiently: gather information, evaluate options and offer working solutions
* Pre‐sales consulting and writing proposals, cost estimates, go‐to‐market offerings
* Stakeholder management: interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrable experience engaging, collaborating and influencing key stakeholders and customers to achieve optimal project outcomes
* Previous people and business leadership experience is desirable
