The ideal candidate will possess qualifications in Early Childhood, Allied Health, Social Work, or a related field, with experience in child and family-centred approaches, evidence-based decision-making, and functional assessments for children with developmental concerns or disabilities. They will also be able to connect families to community services and mainstream programs, and guide families through NDIS plan reassessments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support families through a child and family-centred approach, focusing on effective planning and support.
* Utilise qualifications to inform evidence-based decision-making and ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Conduct functional assessments for children with developmental concerns or disabilities, identifying strategies for improvement.
* Establish connections between families and community services, facilitating access to mainstream programs.
* Guide families through NDIS plan reassessments, ensuring accurate reflection of needs and goals.
