In this position, you will take ownership of the recruitment process. You’ll also contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture by supporting key HR initiatives and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone with a proactive attitude, a fast learner, strong talent acquisition skills, and a desire to further develop in HR within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will report into the HR Business Partner, playing an integral role in shaping the employee experience and supporting the continued growth and success of Tag.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Development: Manage the recruitment process for the ANZ market, including job descriptions, resume screening, interview coordination, and salary negotiations. Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent to meet evolving business needs.Office & Facility Management: Manage office operations including inventory, access card management, and maintenance requests. Ensure the office is well-prepared for client visits and meetings.Cultural Engagement & Event Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of cultural events like TagTalks, quarterly ANZ town halls, and team-building activities (Halloween, Christmas, etc.). Collect feedback to continually improve event effectiveness.Onboarding & Induction: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization. Oversee the smooth onboarding of new hires, ensuring timely setup of accounts, access cards, and induction schedules.Internship Program Management: Coordinate internship recruitment, team placements, and liaise with universities for completion requirements.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I): Actively contribute to the DE&I APAC team and lead the Culture Council. Develop and implement strategies to enhance inclusivity and diversity within the workplace.Employee Engagement & Retention Support: Support the HR Business Partner in the execution of employee engagement and retention initiatives. Take the lead in organizing cultural events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs designed to improve the overall employee experience and foster a collaborative and positive work culture.HR System & Records Management: Maintain employee records in Workday and assist employees with HR-related inquiries. Ensure accuracy and compliance of HR data.Payroll & Attendance Support: Assist with payroll data input, in office attendance monitoring, and resolving payroll-related queries such as overtime, new hire documentation, and expense management.Workers' Compensation & Compliance: Manage workers' compensation insurance compliance and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.Training & Development: Track mandatory regional training and ensure timely completion of courses.Other Duties as Assigned: Support the HR Business Partner with additional HR tasks and internal communications as needed.Key Requirements:Proactive & Self-Driven: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative with a positive attitude.Attention to Detail & Ownership: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently with accuracy and efficiency.Service-Oriented with Growth Mindset: Open-minded and eager to learn and develop while contributing to team growth.Team-Oriented with Excellent Communication Skills: Collaborative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience in Talent Acquisition: Proven experience in managing recruitment and talent management processes, ideally in a media or agency environment.Experience using Workday.This job description outlines the duties and responsibilities of the role and the necessary skills and knowledge required to perform them as of the date it was created.
