As Stream Lead, Property - Design & Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life. Sitting at the centre of a major transformation program, you'll guide how our future workplace will look, feel, and function—ensuring every decision reflects a forward-thinking, people-first approach.
This is not about choosing finishes or colours. It's about leading the thinking, influencing the direction, and ensuring design intent translates into meaningful, real-world outcomes.
What will your key responsibilities include?
* Lead the end-to-end design and delivery stream for a flagship workplace transformation
* Champion the vision for our new head office, ensuring alignment between design intent and organisational strategy
* Act as the bridge between external design partners and internal delivery teams to bring concepts to life
* Facilitate workshops and drive alignment across stakeholders, property streams, and project teams
* Prepare and deliver compelling board papers, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders
* Use experience and judgement to guide decisions, maintaining pace without unnecessary escalation
* Support leaders and teams through change, reframing challenges and building confidence in the future state
What are we looking for?
* Proven experience leading design and delivery in complex environments (ideally commercial or banking)
* Ability to think strategically while ensuring practical, on-the-ground execution
* Strong influencing capability, with a track record of bringing stakeholders on the journey
* Experience working alongside external design partners and cross-functional teams
* Confidence presenting to executive and board-level audiences
* Sound judgement and a proactive mindset, comfortable making decisions in ambiguity
* Demonstrated success leading through change, particularly in environments with emotional or cultural impact
* Highly regarded (but not essential) qualifications in Design, Property Development, Project Management, or Business (MBA)
