Warehouse / Distribution
- Receiving, checking and handling deliveries
- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
- Inventory control and stock management
- Forklift operation (if licensed)
- Ensuring safety and organisation in the warehouse
Administration / Office Support
- Order processing, data entry, and record keeping
- Customer service via phone and email
- Scheduling and coordinating logistics
- General office and team support

- Attention to detail and time management
- Explicit communication skills
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Prior experience (warehouse, logistics, or admin) is an advantage but not essential
