* Work across central sterilising departments and operating theatres.
* Clean, inspect, assemble and sterilise surgical instruments and endoscopes.
* Collaborate with theatre and sterilisation teams to maintain safe efficient workflows.
* Participate in rotating rosters including weekends and public holidays.
Maintaining high standards in sterile services is crucial for patient and staff safety. Your role contributes directly to infection prevention and the smooth functioning of operating theatres.
About You:
* Hold a certificate III in sterilisation services or be willing to obtain it within 12 months.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
* Attention to detail and adherence to safety and infection-control procedures are key.
* Physical capability to meet manual role demands.
