As a Lending Solutions Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out about their lending products. Working in a high-volume, inbound environment, you’ll provide support, guidance and tailored solutions—particularly when customers are considering changes to their accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Responding to inbound calls and digital enquiries relating to lending products
* Supporting customers with account enquiries, changes and cancellation requests
* Delivering accurate and compliant processing, with a strong focus on attention to detail
* Working to individual and team KPIs, including productivity and service outcomes
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience
* Identifying opportunities to support and retain customers through effective conversations
* Operating within MyState policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
What You Bring
Skills & Experience
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right the first time
* Confident and professional communication skills, particularly over the phone
* Experience working in a high-volume, customer-facing environment
* Ability to stay organised and manage competing priorities
* A proactive approach to achieving targets and performance outcomes
Desirable
* Experience in banking, lending or financial services
* Background in Customer Care, Contact Centre or Branch Banking
* Exposure to handling sensitive or complex customer situations
