Today the company has more than 2,400 stores in 26 markets – including Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Japan, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, India, Malaysia, Macau, Netherlands, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, U.K, U.S and Vietnam.Role PurposeCreate, develop and execute store layout in order to achieve sales targets and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Create monthly layout plan following campaign calendarGive feedback to stores for their next week layout planCreating facing plan to show outfit and standardize across all storesUnderstand UNIQLO and FR standards, vision, mission and implement locallyLiaise, follow up and communicate with VMD & Marketing Australia & JapanAnalyse business results to identify IMD issues and establish ways to improveConduct IMD training when necessaryApprove weekly and monthly IMD plansInfluence and align global planning with local planning by communicating necessary information, identify current trends and implementing locallyUnderstand about the company and our products thoroughly.Understand all business policies and proceduresUnderstand business operations, especially store operationsCreate monthly business plans based on analysis of proposed plansCreate visual presentation of store, products and layouts especially new store openingsReview Profit and Loss report and advise management on improvement points, objectives and strategiesLiaise with appropriate departments in regards to external feedbackSeek and identify new business opportunitiesAdvocate and implement best practice and share with Global Head QuartersKey Skills and QualificationsRelevant qualification and work experience at retail business / managementCultural sensitivity and flexibilitySolid understanding of operationsAbility to work well in a team and at times work unsupervisedSelf motivated, initiative, high level of energyAbility to train and develop a team with strong communication skillsAble to communicate in EnglishPleasant, well groomed and enjoy interacting with peopleHave a strong leadershipCustomer Service OrientedDemonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the Uniqlo brandTeam playerPossess initiativeAble to work effectively under pressureLogical thinkingAble to analyse business result and numbers
