The opportunity
Reporting to senior leadership, you will own and develop a portfolio of relationships across Public Healthcare sites, Government Health Agencies, and hospital networks throughout Australia. This role blends strategic account management with new business development, you'll be expected to protect and grow existing relationships while actively opening doors into new organisations.
* Manage and grow a high-value portfolio across Public Healthcare and Government Health sectors
* Identify and convert new business opportunities within a defined national territory
* Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and procurement stakeholders
* Develop tailored account plans that align technology solutions to client-specific health outcomes
* Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to craft compelling, outcome-led proposals
* Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets across new and existing accounts
* Represent our client at industry forums, conferences, and key client engagements
What you'll bring
* 5+ years in B2B sales or account management within technology or telecommunications
* Proven success selling into Public Healthcare or Government environments
* Consultative approach with the ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders
* Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
* Strong commercial acumen and closing ability
* Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
Highly regarded
* Experience with networking, communications, or enterprise infrastructure solutions
* Understanding of public sector procurement and compliance frameworks
* Established relationships across NSW or national health networks
* Track record of growing accounts year-on-year above target
* Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, or a related discipline
