This is a Work From Home role to begin with, with plans for a local WA office within 12 months.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Selling a range of concrete and construction equipment
• Managing incoming sales inquiries
• Actively cold calling to build your own pipeline
• Networking across a broad client base
• Developing business in WA and the NT (mainly quoting for NT)
• Using HubSpot CRM to manage leads and reporting
• With a supportive GM in NSW to plan, strategise, and grow the region
• Visiting clients regularly – a clean driver's licence is essential
• Collaborating with technical experts for smooth post-sale support
What You'll Need:
• Strong mechanical understanding – hydraulics, systems, machines
• Previous experience in sales (B2B ideal)
• Self-starter who's highly motivated and proactive
• Clean driver's licence – vehicle provided
• Experience or network in Construction/ Mining highly regarded
• Ability to engage with local tradies through to major project managers
• Hubspot or other CRM experience advantageous
