Task & Responsibilities
Provide strategic HR and recruitment advisory services, supporting clients with workforce planning, employment relations, and compliance. Act as a trusted partner in managing complex workplace matters and delivering tailored people solutions.
* Responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding process by:
o Lead the end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition and onboarding process for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
o Partner with Hiring Managers to understand job scope, candidate profiles, and workforce needs.
o Coordinate advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, pre-employment requirements and work rights compliance.
o Manage apprenticeship and traineeship programs in line with workforce needs.
o Provide salary benchmarking, labour market insights and talent attraction strategies to support hiring decisions.
o Promote and contribute to the ongoing development of the Company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
o Maintain recruitment records, metrics and reporting, ensuring compliance with legislative and internal requirements.
o Coordinate onboarding and induction programs to support successful employee integration.
o Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, source of hire, conversion rates).
o Work closely with HR team to align recruitment activity with broader HR objectives.
* Responsible for being a primary point of contact for HR support and advisory by:
o Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on employment legislation, industrial instruments, workplace policies, employment contracts and remuneration frameworks, ensuring compliance and market-aligned best practice.
o Manage and support employee relations matters on behalf of clients, including grievances, disputes, investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions and terminations, delivering fair and commercially sound outcomes.
o Facilitate consultation processes and employee engagement initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to support workplace participation and positive organisational culture.
* Responsible for providing assistance to other HR functions, such as:
o Provide comprehensive HR support to clients across a range of functions, acting as a trusted recruitment and people advisory partner.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, employee files and HRIS data, ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with relevant legislation.
o Monitor and track employee licences, certifications, tickets and role-specific compliance requirements to ensure workforce readiness.
o Coordinate injury management processes, including workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs, liaising with stakeholders to achieve suitable outcomes.
o Support organisational change initiatives, workforce planning activities and broader talent strategies in collaboration with client stakeholders.
o Partner with payroll teams to assist with payroll administration, system updates and employee-related enquiries.
o Deliver flexible support across HR and recruitment functions, contributing to projects, process improvements and client-driven initiatives as required.

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or a minimum of five years' relevant professional experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
* Proven experience in a similar HR or recruitment role.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
