Job Title: Hiring a Permanent Office Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced individuals to join our team as a permanent full-time office administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, providing high-level administrative support and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
* To manage day-to-day operations of the office ensuring smooth running of business activities.
* To provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients through various communication channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in administration or related field.
* Familiarity with XERO software preferred but not essential. Basic computer skills are required.
