We are seeking a Management Accountant to join their team. In this role, you will partner closely with operational teams, delivering financial insights that drive performance and support strategic decision-making. You'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and project financial management within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver monthly management reports, including variance analysis
* Partner with project and operational teams to monitor financial performance
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes
* Support compliance, audit processes, and financial controls
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and reporting processes
About You
* CA or CPA qualified (essential)
* Previous experience in the construction, mining, or engineering industries
* Strong understanding of project-based accounting environments
* Experience working with or exposure to ASX-listed companies (desirable)
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly
* Comfortable working in Joondalup / north of the river
