We are seeking a skilled and proactive Executive Support Specialist to join our team in a full-time role based in Dubbo, NSW | Wiradjuri Country.
About the Role:
This high-impact position involves providing dedicated support to senior leaders, working closely with the Board, Chief Officers, Senior Leadership Team, and key external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering proactive and responsive executive-level support to senior leaders, adapting to changing priorities and needs.
* Assisting with daily management tasks, including diary coordination, appointment scheduling, travel and accommodation bookings, and information management.
* Supporting the preparation of submissions and reports for senior leaders under the guidance of senior advisors.
* Preparing meeting materials for regular meetings and coordinating meetings with key external stakeholders.
* Coordinating meetings and events, including minute-taking.

Essential Criteria:

* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving, with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to manage tight deadlines, juggle multiple priorities, and thrive in a collaborative team setting.
