Process Engineering Project Lead
We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to lead our project teams in defining scope, goals, and deliverables that support plant requirements. This is a challenging role that requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders.
Job Description:
* Lead project teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables that support plant requirements.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to leverage process and business knowledge to develop and implement capital projects.
* Estimate project costs and recommend budget changes as needed.
* Track project costs and take corrective action to maintain budgets.
* Develop timelines and identify resource needs to execute the project on time and on budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
* 10+ years of experience in process engineering, including 3+ years in project management.
* PMP certification is preferred.
* Experience with process hazard analysis and risk assessment reviews.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Working knowledge of office productivity software, including spreadsheets and word processing.
