ICT Helpdesk Technician Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic ICT Helpdesk Technician to join our team.
About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to provide technical support to staff, students, and parents across multiple campuses.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and responding quickly and effectively to requests received through the ICT Helpdesk, as well as assisting in the College's re-imaging processes, audio visual, and printing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to staff, students, and parents via the ICT Helpdesk
* Monitor and respond quickly to requests for assistance
* Assist in the College's re-imaging processes, audio visual, and printing systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certified First Aid qualification and Anaphylaxis Certificate
* Willingness to undergo Police Check and Working with Children Check
* Demonstrated commitment to the core values of the College
* Alignment with the vision, purposes, and expression of faith of the College
