Provide clinical guidance and support to colleagues, acting as a resource person and role model for staff.

Assist in education and training of clinical staff and medical students within areas of expertise.

Participate in discharge planning, coordinating activities with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transitions.

Ensure accurate and compliant medication management, documentation, and prescription practices.

Manage medical emergencies and code situations effectively, including de-escalation techniques for potentially aggressive patients.

Essential Requirements and Qualifications

A valid National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months.

Specialised health knowledge and skills are required for this position.
