**About Our Client**:
My client are a Superannuation Fund provider whose purpose is to create financial security for members. They are a small team and therefore value flexibility - there is no such thing as 'that isn't my job' around the office as everyone contributes and is happy to help.
Day to day duties involve:
- Receiving inbound calls from members regarding their account, entitlements, status, contributions or insurance cover with an outcome orientated first call resolution focus.
- Interacting with members face-to-face ensuring they complete the right form for the outcome they are seeking.
- Processing and reviewing member requests and transactions.
- Completing administration tasks, updates and maintenance of member details as required.
- Understanding and ensuring compliance with legislative obligations, policies and business rules.
**The Successful Applicant**:
You will have the ability to work in a small team, at times on your own, and contribute to continuous improvement to prevent complaints and improve efficiency.
You will have previously used Xero or similar and if you have previously worked in a Superannuation Administration role that would be advantageous.
