* 3+ years of grocery management experience
* A solid understanding of inventory control
* Financial reporting skills (budgets, profit margins, wage control)
* Buying and stock management experience
* A forklift license is preferred
* Good physical fitness and ability to work actively
* Excellent planning and communication skills
* Able to train and support a team
* A service-first attitude with a positive outlook
* Quick issue recognition and resolution
* Attention to detail
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
