Aus Flight Handling seeks a detail-driven professional to handle financial transactions and administrative tasks.
* Process bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable
* Oversight of email account management
* Processing and reconciliation of manager credit card transactions
* Assist with financial reviews and reporting
* Communicate with suppliers, airport managers, and operations team
Key Responsibilities
* Reconciliation of GST account and preparation of reports for BAS Returns
* Monthly payroll tax reporting and Annual Returns
* Providing assistance to our People & Payroll Manager with job coverage of fortnightly Payroll processing
The position offers flexible working days and hours. Location: Devonport Office
