What you'll own
* Support new store launch - setup, stock flow, systems, team onboarding
* Leading from the front with exceptional customer experience
* Driving sales, KPIs and store performance
* Managing wages, budgets and rosters to hit targets
* Creating standout visual merchandising
* Building a team with high customer engagement
* Driving social media presence to create buzz and traffic
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant ready to step up
* A leader who can build a team from scratch and make it stick
* Strong commercial acumen - KPIs, wages, budgets
* Confident in fashion styling and visual merchandising
* Comfortable using social media to promote and engage
* High energy, hands-on, and thrives in a busy environment
