Regional Sales Manager - South & West
The Regional Sales Manager role at our organization is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced sales leader to drive commercial success across Southern & Western Australia. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, ANZ, you will oversee a team of remote Area Business Managers and lead strategic initiatives to strengthen our market position.
* Lead a high-performing remote sales team, leveraging your expertise in agriculture or AgChem industry.
* Drive revenue growth with full P&L and key account responsibility, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with our business objectives, fostering strong customer relationships and negotiating commercial agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing remote sales team, providing guidance on sales planning and performance management.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and driving revenue growth.
- Build and manage key customer relationships, negotiating commercial agreements and driving sales innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven sales leadership experience within the agriculture or AgChem industry, with a strong background in AgChem products and retail channel management.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and commercial decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Tertiary qualification in agriculture, science, commerce, or a related field (preferred), demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
