Are you passionate about promoting children's wellbeing and confidence? We are currently recruiting energetic and caring Educators to join our YMCA Miami Outside School Hours Care team on a casual basis. As an Educator, you'll help create a safe, fun and inclusive environment for primary‐aged children before school, after school and during the school holidays. With a mix of structured and spontaneous play‐based activities, you'll be at the heart of children's social learning and creativity.

What You'll Do
* Supervise and engage children in Before & After School sessions
* Run or assist with a variety of hands‐on activities during Vacation Care
* Create a welcoming and inclusive space where all children feel safe, supported and inspired to grow
* Promote children's wellbeing, confidence, and friendships through play
What You'll Bring
* Hold or studying towards a Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services, School Age Education and Care or similar
* A great sense of fun, energy and creativity
* A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all children
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* A valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
