This role will focus on social media management and marketing support, helping us connect with our community, share our message, and grow our brand. Key tasks include:
- Creating and scheduling engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Building relationships with our online audience through effective communication and response to enquiries/messages
- Providing occasional client relationship support, such as sending birthday cards and settlement gifts
- Contributing to basic administrative and marketing tasks as required
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A creative flair and the ability to produce high-quality social media content
- Confidence in using social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Canva
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic video editing skills
- A friendly, reliable, and customer-focused approach
