An exciting new opportunity has arisen in our IT team inRydalmere for an experienced SAP Consultant supporting servicebusiness. Rheem Service is undergoing technology enabledtransformation to provide better employee and customer experienceusing SAP platforms and technologies. This role would be a vitalpart of this team supporting the implementation of these SAPplatforms and related technologies.
The role:
8. Develop prototyping, configuring, testing, implementing and supporting solutions based on ECC – CS/SD, SAP Service Cloud (C4C) and SAP Field Service platforms.
9. Review the ECC implementation for service related processes to prepare for S/4 HANA upgrade
10. Maintain strong working relationships with the Business Analysts and key users in the business.
11. Design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals and outcomes.
12. Maintain security and integrity of the data on service-related platforms.
13. Provide effective user support to all stakeholders.
14. Maintain active awareness of IT developments that may be of interest to our business.
15. Provide direct and remote support of our mobility solutions.
About you:
16. A good understanding of SAP ECC – SD/CS, SAP FSM, SAP Cloud for Customer(C4C), SAP Extension Factory and SAP Cloud Integration.
17. MM and S/4 Service skills would be highly desirable.
18. Relevant tertiary qualifications like bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
19. Experience with Agile tools and methodologies.
20. Excellent communication skills.
21. Ability to adopt a flexible working style, to quickly develop sound solutions.
22. Passionate about internal and external customer service.
23. Ability to work well in a team and with other departments in the business.
24. Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.
25. One or more SAP certifications would be advantageous.
