**The Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to**:
- Assessing the change impacts to various stakeholder audience groups.
- Completing Change Impact Assessments.
- Creating Change Management Strategy - based on the nature of the change and the groups being impacted.
- Identifying potential risks, points of resistance and preparing specific plans to mitigate or address these.
- Working with relevant areas to create a set of actionable and targeted set of change management plans - including communications plan, sponsor roadmap, training plans.
- Taking a lead role in the execution of change management plans.
- Supporting and engaging with senior leaders.
- Coordinating efforts with other change management specialists.
- Identifying and reporting on any change management related issues.
- Evaluating and ensuring stakeholder readiness for change.
- Managing stakeholders.
- Defining and measuring success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Supporting change management at the Organisational level.
- Travelling interstate as required.
Specified Personnel will be expected to transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff and ensure appropriate documentation is stored in accordance with the Department's recordkeeping policy and practices.
**The Specified Personnel will also be responsible for producing the following deliverables, including but not limited to**:
- High-level Change Impact Assessments
- Detailed Change Impact Assessments
- Communications artefacts
- Training artefacts
- Stakeholder engagement plans

**Salary**: $601.98 - $1,166.25 per day
