* Collector of Souls: Our sister venue and brewery & distillery in Caversham, offering dining, wine tours, and unique experiences
Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating with vendors, clients, and staff to ensure seamless event execution
* Juggling multiple tasks, from bar service to event management and staff support
* Representing the heart and soul of our venue through warm, efficient, and attentive service
* Helping shape guest experiences that leave lasting impressions
* Leading and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills in this arena
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* At least 3 years of experience as a Wedding/Function Coordinator or Manager in a fast-paced, multi-venue operation
* A calm head under pressure, with ninja-like time management and communication skills
* A proactive attitude, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle any task
* A genuine love for people, storytelling, and making magic happen
This is a full-time role, with flexible hours on weekdays and regular shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. You will be based at one of our venues, with occasional shifts at another location.
