About the Opportunity (When Roles Open)
As a Customer Service Manager, you'll lead the member experience from the front, driving energy, service standards and team performance across the club.
You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming, high-performing environment where members feel valued and the team delivers exceptional service every day.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and developing the reception team to deliver outstanding service
* Driving customer experience, engagement and retention
* Managing enquiries, accounts and member interactions
* Overseeing rostering and day-to-day operations of front-of-house
* Ensuring the club is presented to the highest standard
* Supporting a high-performance, KPI-driven culture

* Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
* Passion for fitness and delivering great experiences
