About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Specialist to join our Consumer Insurance team within Brand & Customer Experience. In this role, you’ll implement impactful marketing programs that leverage content, social, and online platforms to drive brand and business objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Facilitate content and social campaigns, including development, production, dispatch and reporting.
- Execute Influencer and Creator campaigns that build brand awareness, consideration and drive cultural relevance for Suncorp brands.
- Collaborate with content strategy and governance team to execute strategic priorities, with particular focus responding to opportunities driven by LLM uptake.
- Curate quality content to increase brand discoverability and online visibility.
- Leverage emerging, non-traditional paid search placements to surface relevant brand-specific content throughout the discovery journey.
- Demonstrate an understanding of content and social trends.
- Act as social platform guardian, managing access, setup and organic content requests.
- Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Support broader, integrated brand campaigns and programs as required.
About You
- Tertiary Degree in Business or Marketing (mandatory).
- 3+ years marketing experience in a similar role (either Client or Agency side) with a focus on digital marketing, social, content development and curation.
- Robust communication and relationship building skills.
- Experience working in key social platforms, including publishing and analytics (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit and YouTube).
- A solid understanding of Creator and Influencer marketing.
- A strong grasp of social and content trends and creative best practice.
- Confidence working with various digital technologies and platforms.
