About the Role
We are seeking a customer service consultant to join our team at McLeod Accessories in Cleveland, QLD.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries in a timely manner
* Accurately enter sales and wheel production orders
* Manage customer backorders
* Expand the customer base and new product sales
* Manage and grow existing accounts
* Update and maintain CRM reporting systems
About You:
* You have an interest in motorbikes (not necessary)
* You have previous experience with Internal and Phone Sales
* You are honest, reliable, and punctual
* You are self-motivated and hardworking
* You have Microsoft Office knowledge
* You are willing to learn (on the job training will be provided)
* You have effective communication skills
* You can work independently and as part of a team
* You are available for Monday-Friday 8:30-5.00pm
