Catering Supervisor
$31 per hour + 12% super
* Monday to Friday role with a 7am start and 3pm finish

THE POSITION
* Plan, supervise, and monitor food production for daily service in a retail outlet serving food & beverages
* Operate the till and process transactions
* Prepare and serve espresso coffee
* Maintain effective customer and client relationships
* Maintain focus on Food and People safety
THE PERSON
* Current Working with children check or ability to obtain
* Must hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate, or be willing to obtain
* Must have experience in fast paced cafe environment and experience with espresso machine required
* Experience in a similar role, leading a team and delivering exceptional food service
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
* Strong computer literacy
* Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
