Event Coordinator Role
We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our events team. As the first point of contact for event enquiries, you'll play a key role in coordinating bookings and managing client communications.
You will work closely with the Events Manager to assist with sales administration, reporting, and maintaining accurate booking systems to help achieve sales goals and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate event bookings and manage client relationships.
* Support the delivery of events to ensure a memorable client experience.
* Assist with sales administration, reporting, and maintain accurate booking systems.
Requirements
* At least 2 years' experience in event coordination or hospitality.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence working with clients at all levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* RSA certification.
