We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our clients carton meat sales team in South Brisbane and drive business growth in the wholesale meat industry.
This is a results-driven role that requires a strong leader who can develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, margin, and market share in wholesale carton meat sales.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial sales experience in carton meat sales, with 2+ years at a leadership level.
* Sales Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams and achieve sales targets.
* Commercial Sales Experience: 5+ years of experience in carton meat sales, with a focus on wholesale and foodservice markets.
* Negotiation and Team Management: Strong negotiation, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Business and Operational Knowledge: Sound knowledge of carton meat sales, including product knowledge, market trends, and logistics management.
