The Opportunity
As an Intermediate or Senior Accountant, you will play an important part in enabling Kelly+Partners' next phase of growth. You will become an integral part of the broader team and be mentored by Partners to help you grow into leadership positions. Position Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
* Take lead in the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
* Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts
* Prepare and deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations
* Be coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
* Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
* Help provide an exceptional service to our clients
* Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events
* Offer support and training to junior team members
About You
* 2+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
* Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar
* Proven working experience with accounting software, specifically APS, MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Customer-focused with a positive attitude
* Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients
* Proactive, self‑motivated and enthusiastic
* Passionate about continuous learning and professional development
