Job Description
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced tax professional to step into a leadership role in the field of tax compliance and advisory services. As a Senior Tax Associate, you will work closely with clients to navigate complex U.S. tax regulations, focusing on areas such as property and casualty insurance, hedge funds, private equity, and international executive taxation.
Core Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple client engagements, reporting directly to senior managers.
* Lead and train junior staff, fostering technical expertise and professional growth.
* Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
* Stay informed about local and global tax issues, particularly in the asset and wealth management sector.
* Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to internal branding activities.
* Contribute to process improvements and service delivery enhancements.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with relevant tax experience in U.S. partnership and/or corporate tax. A CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Master of Taxation is preferred. Expertise in compliance and consulting for investment partnerships, including hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity, and venture capital funds, is also essential.
You should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage clients and teams.
