As a Parking Patrol Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining public safety and amenity by patrolling areas with parking restrictions and enforcing local government regulations. 35 per week, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Patrol assigned areas to detect and address parking and amenity violations
Issue Penalty Notices or warnings for breaches of parking and associated offences
Monitor and improve public spaces by identifying issues like illegal dumping or footpath obstructions
Utilise hand held devices and systems (e.g., PINFORCE) for enforcement actions
Prepare affidavits/statements and court documents as required
Participate in educational strategies and training sessions related to parking enforcement
About You:
Proven customer service skills in challenging situations
Team player with a versatile, reliable, and responsible attitude
Experienced with SEINS, court proceedings, and local government regulations
Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at handling public interactions
Essential: Customer service experience, computer literacy, School Certificate or equivalent, NSW driver's licence
Desirable: Experience in local government or parking patrol, familiarity with hand held infringement systems, knowledge of Australian Road Rules
