Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and excellence
* Collaborate with the Centre Director to shape the culture and direction of the centre
* Provide expert guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care and education
* Drive continuous improvement through ongoing evaluation and implementation of new ideas and initiatives
Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in early childhood education or a related field
* Strong understanding of curriculum and programming principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
