The Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our ISO-accredited Management Systems and assist with daily administrative tasks. Commencing February 2026.
This is a flexible, hybrid role, with most work completed from home and occasional on-site attendance as required. The role is ideal for someone with administrative experience who enjoys working with structured systems and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Administrative support for ISO-accredited Management Systems
• Document control, including formatting, version control and updates
• Assisting with internal audits, reviews and compliance documentation
• Maintaining registers, records and controlled documents
• General administrative and office support tasks
• Occasional on-site work in Murwillumbah as required
About You
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
• Experience with Quality, Environmental and/or Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively while working from home
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
