We are seeking a high-impact individual who is driven by an insatiable desire to lead with curiosity, challenge customers to think bigger, and drive strong sales outcomes through platform value selling. The successful candidate will support the Commercial sales team in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by helping to understand complex customer business problems/requirements and translating them into solutions leveraging our IAM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with Sales to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
* Conduct deep technology discovery with executive-level stakeholders to identify customer needs and opportunities
* Inform Sales account planning with strategic technical insights to influence customer strategy and execution approach
* Develop and deliver trusted, long-term, high ROI solutions to meet customer needs
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role selling SaaS solutions and concepts, with a strong understanding of technical business documentation and software development methodologies. They must be proficient in delivering software demonstrations, presentations, and workshops, and have experience working with employees at all levels of an organisation.
