Senior IT Technician Job Summary
This is a challenging role for an experienced IT professional who can troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving IT support requests, working autonomously, and making independent decisions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows Server OS and infrastructure, Active Directory, backup solutions, and other relevant technologies.
* Provide effective technical support to internal stakeholders, promoting a positive user experience.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT support, preferably in a full-time onsite position.
* Experience with MSP support tools, including Autotask PSA and RMM.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Desirable Skills and Proficiencies
* Relevant current industry certifications, such as MCSA, MCSE, VCP, or CCP.
