Key Responsibilities
Support and deliver outdoor activity programs under supervision.
Foster transformative experiences that promote self-reflection and growth.
Model personal leadership, positivity, and inclusivity.
Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure equipment is well-prepared and functional.
Uphold the values of Fresh Hope Communities—safety, hospitality, and transformation.
What You Bring
In this role, you'll bring your Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership (SIS30619) and a strong alignment with our core ethos to support and lead outdoor education programs.
