Our Randwick clinic, nestled within the Prince of Wales, is looking for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to be a welcoming face of our team. The role is a full time position working Monday - Friday, with 9 hour shifts between 7:30am-5pm. Working longer hours means you get one shorter shift of 8 hours and one rostered day off per fortnight!
Role Overview: As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Responsibilities
* Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
* Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, referrers, and hospital specialists.
* Work across both our Hospital and MRI clinics, getting great exposure to the research department in the MRI Neuroscience building.
Qualifications
* Exceptional Communicator - Clear and qualified verbal and written skills are a must.
* Master Multitasker - Strong organizational abilities to keep everything running like clockwork and confidence working across multiple systems and screens.
